First donation and updates from cohousing project briefs

An update from the projects and GoFundMe from today.

It is exciting to share that we received the first donation via the GoFundMe campaign today. It is very much appreciated as it helps me to invest time and effort towards preparing and negotiating project briefs for cohousing projects. Thanks to that kind investor.

Later today I met with aspiring members of the Central Coast Cohousing project to begin the project brief to be presented to funding agencies. The land is available, the initial design is drafted, a list of interested future residents is growing and a structured process for success - all make a project brief very real and achievable.

This afternoon I also met with an organisation that is interested to fund the development process once they have a development brief to review - this also very exciting.

These activities are a investment from passion and purpose without a present return yet I continue to work on them. Donations and support are vital to assist me in this endeavour.
