Whole systems design for co-creating villages

From over two decades of academic research and lived experience of intentional communities by Dr Jason Hilder it became clear that resident led villages are most successful when following a guided process.

With passion to support groups achieve their village dream and avoid pitfalls he developed the 12 step process based upon regenerative, whole systems design.

This process is replicable to any location or group across Australia and forms the basis for village development projects listed below.

Current initiatives

The intention is to use permaculture methods to grow local, feed local, sell local, care for local nature, support local and connect local.
